Goals

Open Site settings → Goals.

Type	Value	Counts
Custom event	The event name, e.g. Signup	Every time plausible('Signup') fires
Page	A path, e.g. /thanks or /blog/*	Pageviews of that path. * is a wildcard

Goals appear under Behaviors → Goals with their unique visitors and total conversions. Filter by a goal to see where its converting visitors came from. See Filters.

A missing leading / on a page goal is added for you. Duplicate goals are rejected.

The automatic events from General settings (Outbound Link: Click, File Download, Form: Submission) get their goals created for you when you switch them on.

An event only appears as a goal once you create it. Properties are available for any event, goal or not.
