Getting help with a self-hosted install

Self-hosted Tidemark is free and open source, and support for it comes from the community.

• Read these docs first. Troubleshooting, Requirements and Updating cover the usual problems.
• Ask or report on GitHub. Open an issue at github.com/tidemark-analytics/tidemark/issues. Include your Tidemark and PHP versions and what you see in the error log.
• Found a bug or want a feature? Issues are the place for both. Pull requests are welcome.

The maintainers read the issues, but there is no guaranteed response time for self-hosted installs. If you would rather not run a server, Tidemark Cloud includes direct support, and you can move your data across.
