Extra event packs

If a Pro site sends more than the events included in your plan, you can buy extra events in packs.

• One pack is 250,000 events for $5. Buy as many as you need.
• Packs are prepaid and do not expire. They are used only after your included events for the period are gone.
• Nothing is charged automatically. If you run out of both, recording pauses and we email you; it never bills you for extra usage on its own.

Buying packs

1. Open Account settings → Plan & billing.
2. In Extra events, choose how many packs you want and continue to checkout.

Your pack balance and the events left in the period are shown on the same page. Unused packs can be refunded within 30 days; see the refund policy.

Free plans cannot buy packs. Upgrade to Pro first.
